Welcome to BLUO CMS, a content management system designed for creating and managing static blogs for companies. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of BLUO CMS, and by accessing or using BLUO CMS, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By using BLUO CMS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you are using BLUO CMS on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

You agree to use BLUO CMS responsibly and legally, not using BLUO CMS for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You agree not to access or attempt to access any other user's account or misrepresent your identity while using BLUO CMS.
4. User-Generated Content
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish on BLUO CMS. However, by posting content to BLUO CMS, you grant BLUO CMS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display the content for the purpose of operating and promoting BLUO CMS. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to grant this license for any content you submit.
5. Content Moderation
BLUO CMS reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable.
6. Termination
BLUO CMS may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms and Conditions.
7. Changes to Terms
BLUO CMS reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use BLUO CMS after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
